Westcoast Endeavours ULC is actively seeking a part-time/on-call property administrator and executive assistant.  


This person/people should have the ideal administrative background and skills:

  • At least two years of administrative work including talking on the phone/customer service, emails, letters and/or coordinating suppliers/vendors
  • Have cell phone that is able to text, and take, send and receive pictures
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be comfortable sending and receiving emails
  • Be comfortable calling folks on the phone to arrange repairs, showings, etc.
  • Have access to the internet and shared documents on google drive
  • Have a printer for potential printing of leases and/or other time sensitive, official hard copy notices that may need to be posted
  • Have a scanner and/or be able to use cell phone as a scanner to send back pages


This person will not be handling money, rent, repair payments or funds of any kind.  This position is an administrative role that is partly done from home, partly done around Powell River at various properties.  


Experience in previous executive administration and/or high familiarity with the BC Residential Tenancy Act is a plus.  


Also, desire to be mentored in real estate investment and development a plus; this is an inherent side benefit to anyone who works around our company.
